The Tutor-General/Permanent Secretary, Education District II, Mr. Omotayo Layemo Sanni, has received the South-West Zonal Best Teacher, Mr. Obafemi Peter Lawal, at the District Headquarters in Maryland, Lagos.

Eko Hot News reports that Mr. Sanni congratulated Mr. Lawal on the prestigious recognition, describing the award as a clear testament to his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to quality teaching in Lagos State.

He noted that the honour reflects the high standards upheld by teachers in the state and urged the award recipient to continue to represent Education District II and Lagos State with distinction.

The Tutor-General encouraged Mr. Lawal to sustain the culture of excellence that earned him the award and remain a positive role model within the teaching profession.
