The UFC has announced that its Freedom 250 event at the White House attracted an estimated global audience of 34 million viewers, making it one of the most-watched events in the promotion’s history.

Eko Hot News reports that the updated figure, released on Friday, nearly doubles the initial audience announced on June 19, five days after the event took place on the South Lawn of the White House during the 80th birthday celebration of U.S. President Donald Trump.

According to the UFC, the revised audience includes television and streaming viewers from several international markets, including Australia, China, India, South Korea, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

The promotion noted that viewership data from some countries is still being compiled. Spain and France, where athletes participated in the event, are expected to submit their audience figures by mid-July.

With additional international data still pending, UFC expects the final global audience to increase further, reinforcing the event’s remarkable worldwide reach.

The Freedom 250 card also delivered a memorable night of competition inside the Octagon. UFC stated that every contest on the fight card concluded before the scheduled distance, setting a first in the organisation’s history.

The headline contest saw Justin Gaethje secure victory over Ilia Topuria after the fourth round, earning the undisputed UFC lightweight championship in front of the record audience.

The organisation described the event as one of its biggest global broadcasts, highlighting the growing popularity of mixed martial arts across international markets.

In the United States, the event attracted 17 million viewers, setting a new record for a live event streamed on Paramount+, according to audience measurement data from Nielsen.

The reported figures also included audience tracking across Latin America through Adobe Analytics, reflecting strong engagement from viewers across multiple regions.

UFC said the impressive viewership demonstrates the expanding global appeal of the sport and the increasing demand for major international fight events.

The promotion added that the Freedom 250 event brought together fans from different continents, further strengthening the UFC brand as one of the world’s leading sports entertainment organisations.

With additional international audience reports still expected, UFC remains optimistic that the final viewing figures will establish another milestone for the promotion’s global broadcast history.
