The Library on the Lagoon project is designed as a floating installation on Lagos waterways.

It aims to create a unique platform for public engagement and cultural interaction.

The initiative combines elements of art, education and environmental awareness.

It is conceived as both a programme and an exhibition by Iranti Press.

The project seeks to transform the Lagos Lagoon into a space for reflection and creativity.

Participants will engage in activities such as writing and listening sessions.

The experience will also encourage environmental awareness among attendees.

This element reinforces the importance of environmental responsibility.

The initiative encourages participants to reflect on the past, present and future of the lagoon.

It also highlights the need for sustainable practices.
