The knowledge-sharing programme featured presentations by two senior officers of the Commission, who educated participants on the importance of discipline, ethical behaviour and adherence to the rules guiding the Lagos State Public Service.

Leading the first session, the Head of the Discipline and Exit Department, Mrs. Oluwole Gloria Olamide, delivered a presentation titled “Discipline in the Public Service.”

She described discipline as strict adherence to established rules, regulations and ethical standards, noting that every public servant is expected to conduct official duties in line with the provisions of the Public Service Rules.

Mrs. Oluwole stressed that integrity, accountability, transparency and professionalism remain essential values for effective public administration, adding that misconduct in any form undermines public confidence in government institutions.

The second presentation, titled “Rules on Discipline and Exit,” was delivered by the Director of Administration and Human Resources, Mr. Gbotesho Kazeem.
