The First Lady of Lagos State has led a tuberculosis awareness campaign aimed at strengthening early detection and prevention among students and residents.
Eko Hot News reports that Dr. Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu spearheaded a school advocacy visit to Igando Community Junior High School in Igando as part of efforts to sensitize the public on tuberculosis control.
The initiative was organized under the Lagos TB Steering Committee to deepen awareness about the disease and encourage preventive health practices among young people.
The visit focused on educating students on how tuberculosis spreads, its symptoms, and the importance of early medical attention.
