UNICEF Expands Digital Access in Lagos Schools

The Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education has received an additional donation of 50 Airtel 5G Connect Routers to strengthen digital learning across public schools.

Eko Hot News reports that the donation was made by UNICEF as part of efforts to improve access to quality education. The presentation took place at the Ministry’s conference room in Alausa, Ikeja.

The latest donation builds on a previous intervention. Earlier, 150 routers were distributed to selected schools across the state.

The initiative targets schools with limited internet access. Beneficiaries include institutions with functional computing devices but no connectivity.
