The Babajide Martins Permanent Secretary Appointment was celebrated in grand style as the Lagos State Ministry of Justice hosted a reception to honour Dr. Babajide Olumuyiwa Martins following his appointment as the pioneer Permanent Secretary of the Bureau of the Public Defender (BPD).
