Lagos HTSI Team Expands Hospital Assessment Drive

The Hospital Transformation Support Initiative (HTSI) team of the Lagos State Health Service Commission has intensified its monitoring and assessment exercise across public health facilities. 

Eko Hot News reports that the team, led by the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Cecilia Abimbola Mabogunje, has already visited more than 25 General Hospitals as part of the ongoing exercise. The visits are designed to evaluate operations and identify areas that require immediate attention.

The initiative is aimed at improving efficiency, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring integrated healthcare systems across the state.

At each hospital, the team was received by Medical Directors, Chief Executive Officers, and management staff. They were guided through key departments and wards to assess service delivery and operational standards within the facilities.
