Ten outstanding Health Attendants serving across Local Government Areas (LGAs) and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) under Lagos State Health District V have been honoured for their dedication and exceptional contributions to grassroots healthcare delivery.

The ceremony celebrated frontline healthcare support workers whose commitment has helped improve service delivery, patient care, and operational efficiency across health facilities within the district.
The award recipients included Mrs. Sanyaolu Fausat B. (Ajeromi-Ifelodun LGA), Mrs. Rasheed Shukrah (Ifelodun LCDA), Mrs. Dosu Iyabo (Amuwo-Odofin LGA), Mr. Saka Kamoru (Oriade LCDA), Mrs. Durosimi Shakirat (Ojo LGA), Mrs. Ajanaku Adijat O. (Iba LCDA), Mrs. Odugbesan Deborah S. (Oto-Awori LCDA), Mr. Avoseh Oluwaseun S. (Badagry LGA), Mrs. Wusu Victoria M. (Badagry West LCDA), and Mrs. Adewunmi Deborah (Olorunda LCDA).
Speaking at the event, the Permanent Secretary of Lagos State Health District V, Dr. Oladapo Asiyanbi, commended the awardees for their resilience, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to quality healthcare services.
He described Health Attendants as an essential part of the healthcare workforce, noting that their daily efforts contribute significantly to maintaining safe, clean, and patient-friendly healthcare facilities.
