Operation Clean Ikeja focused on reinforcing sanitation compliance, proper waste disposal and adherence to environmental regulations within key commercial areas.

Officials said the initiative goes beyond enforcement, stressing that sustainable cleanliness requires strong community ownership and individual responsibility.

Residents and traders were sensitised on the importance of lawful waste management practices and the need to participate actively in sanitation efforts.
