He explained that the recent allocation of project vehicles to various directorates was a strategic move to boost efficiency and operational performance.
He further disclosed that management would strictly enforce punctuality and daily attendance, adding that productivity would continue to attract rewards, while underperformance and lackadaisical attitudes would be sanctioned accordingly.
On staff welfare, the Acting Surveyor-General assured workers that their well-being remains a top priority, pledging that welfare-related issues would be addressed promptly as part of management’s commitment to a motivated workforce.
Addressing health and wellness, he encouraged staff participation in the monthly Head of Service fitness walk and charged the OSSG football team to aim for victory in the 2026 HOS Cup.

Meanwhile, the office recently concluded its end-of-year activities with a send-forth ceremony for six statutory retirees in recognition of their meritorious service to the state.
Thirteen officers were also honoured as Best Officers for 2025, comprising nine senior and four junior officers, in appreciation of their outstanding performance and dedication.
The prayer session and recent milestones underscored OSSG’s resolve to sustain excellence and deliver quality service in 2026.
