Michelle Alozie has sent a message to South Africa’s Gabriela Salgado.
Eko Hot News reports that Super Falcons defender, Michelle Alozie, has reacted to her side’s 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, WAFCON semi-final 2-1 victory over Banyana Banyana of South Africa on Tuesday evening.
Rasheedat Ajibade and Alozie secured the victory for the Super Falcons against Banyana Banyana at the Stade Larbi Zaouli in Morocco.
Reacting in a post via her social media account after the game, Alozie said: “COUNT IT!!!!! See you in the finals.”
She added, “Prayers to Gabriela Salgado. Speedy recovery.”
The Super Falcons will face Morocco in the WAFCON final this weekend.
South Africa are the current holders of the WAFCON, having won the previous edition of the tournament.
