The Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture has reaffirmed its commitment to partnering with OTL Downstream Development in Africa to promote tourism and strengthen the state’s position as a leading destination for business, culture and leisure.

The delegation was led by the organisation’s Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Joyce Alabogu, as both parties discussed preparations for the 20th anniversary edition of OTL Downstream.
