Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has received Miss Etiyemonu Esther, the One Day Governor and overall winner of the 21st Lagos Spelling Bee Competition, at Lagos House, Marina.
Eko Hot News reports that Esther, a student of Lagos State Senior Model College, Igbokuta, emerged as the top performer in the highly competitive academic contest, earning the distinguished title of One Day Governor.

During the reception, Governor Sanwo-Olu praised the young scholar’s confidence, discipline, and determination. He described her performance as a reflection of the brilliance and potential within Lagos State’s youth population.

The Governor noted that Esther’s achievement underscores the importance of investing in education and nurturing academic excellence across the state. He commended her for standing out among her peers and representing Lagos with pride.
