The campaign, tagged “End Polio Now,” will see Okedeyi embark on a motorbike journey from London to Lagos, passing through several countries including France, Spain, Morocco, Mauritania, Guinea, Senegal, Ghana, Togo, and the Benin Republic.

According to Okedeyi, the cross-continental ride is designed to raise awareness and mobilise at least £100,000 in support of global polio eradication efforts.

As part of the fundraising drive, he will engage Rotary Clubs across countries along the route, leveraging international partnerships to amplify the campaign’s impact.

Upon arrival in Nigeria, Okedeyi who is also the President-elect of the Rotary Club Mushin chapter will organise a large-scale medical outreach programme in Mushin on July 17, 2026.
