Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has attended a special luncheon organised to honour the 2025 Outstanding Public Servants in Lagos State.
Eko Hot News reports that the event was held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja.

The luncheon was organised to recognise public servants who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, integrity, and consistency in the discharge of their duties across ministries, departments, and agencies.
Governor Sanwo-Olu commended the award recipients for their dedication to public service, describing them as critical drivers of effective governance and service delivery in the state.

He noted that recognising excellence in public service encourages professionalism, accountability, and higher performance standards within the civil service.
The governor also used the occasion to engage with some of the honourees, congratulating them and reaffirming his administration’s support for merit-based recognition.

The event formed part of ongoing efforts by the Lagos State Government to motivate public servants and strengthen institutional efficiency.
