President Tinubu has appointed Ganduje as the FAAN Board Chairman.
Eko Hot News reports that the former Kano State Governor and immediate past National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
The announcement was made on Tuesday during the official inauguration of the newly appointed FAAN board members in Abuja.
This came just days after Ganduje stepped down as National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The former Kano Governor had resigned his position as APC national chairman last week, citing urgent personal reasons. He was replaced by Ali Bukar Dalori.
