Eko Hot News reports that the two-day induction was held at the Teaching Service Staff Development Centre, Owutu, Ikorodu, to equip 200 newly promoted school leaders with modern administrative and management skills.

She noted that principals and vice principals must demonstrate curiosity, resilience, flexibility, responsibility and diligence in managing school systems effectively.

Peregrino stated that the programme aligns with the T.H.E.M.E.S Plus Agenda of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, which prioritises quality education and life-transforming learning outcomes.

Represented by Hon. Dr Olusegun Agbaje, she urged participants to become change agents who embrace innovation and technology to improve teaching and learning standards.

He emphasised that school administrators must be skilled problem solvers capable of addressing disciplinary and budgetary challenges with strong analytical competence.

Ojikutu advised the new leaders to avoid unilateral decisions and instead promote inclusive stakeholder engagement within their school communities.
