The Lagos State Office of Transformation, Creativity and Innovation (OTCI) has held the 2025 Service Charter Award Ceremony, recognising outstanding performance across Ministries, Departments and Agencies.

Eko Hot News reports that the ceremony took place on December 10, 2025, at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa, with the theme, “Recognising Excellence Across MDAs.”

The Lagos State Lands Bureau emerged as a major award recipient, winning recognition for excellence in digital process transformation in public service delivery.

The Head of Service, Mr. Bode Agoro, represented by the Permanent Secretary of the Lands Bureau, Mr. Kamar Olowoshago, urged MDAs to uphold accountability, integrity and transparency in their duties.

Agoro stressed that sustained commitment to these values is critical to improving service delivery and strengthening public trust in government institutions.

He congratulated all MDAs honoured at the event and encouraged them to maintain high performance standards and pursue continuous improvement.

The Head of Service also commended the Director-General of OTCI, Mrs. Toyin Anjous-Ademuyiwa, for her leadership and for organising the ceremony to promote excellence in public service.

During the award presentation, Mr. Olowoshago received the Distinguished Accounting Officer Award for service delivery.

The Lands Bureau’s recognition underscores Lagos State Government’s drive toward innovation and efficiency in public sector operations.
