The Lagos State Government has received acclaimed artist and Guinness World Record holder, Kanyeyachukwu Tagbo-Okeke, alongside representatives of the Kanyeyachukwu Autism Foundation, the Cycling Federation of Nigeria, and the Cycology Cycling Group.
