The Lagos State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board has announced the second phase of medical and administrative screening for intending Christian pilgrims for the 2025 pilgrimage exercise.
Eko Hot News reports that the screening is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at the Chapel of Christ the Light, Alausa, Ikeja, as part of preparations for the forthcoming pilgrimage.
According to the Board, the exercise is aimed at ensuring that all intending pilgrims meet the required medical, administrative, and documentation standards before final clearance.
Officials explained that the screening will focus on verifying health fitness, travel documents, and other essential requirements necessary for participation in the pilgrimage.
The Board advised all affected intending pilgrims to arrive early at the venue with their relevant documents, including evidence of previous screenings and payment receipts, where applicable.
It was emphasized that compliance with the screening process is mandatory and forms a critical part of the overall pilgrimage preparation.
