The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, has called on Fellows of the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy to embrace reflective leadership and personal responsibility as tools for national transformation.

The interactive session focused on leadership, governance, citizenship, and relationship-building for sustainable development.

Dr Hamzat stated that effective leadership goes beyond technical competence and formal authority.

He stressed that the ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships remains a powerful but often overlooked leadership asset.
