Facilitator Mrs Omolara Adeogo highlighted the importance of trust, teamwork, and transformational leadership, urging participants to inspire, motivate, and mentor colleagues while avoiding bureaucratic practices. The interactive training included group discussions, practical exercises, and scenario-based learning designed to strengthen proactive leadership at all levels.

All departmental heads and staff participated, reflecting a strong dedication to building a competent, responsive, and cohesive team.
